Vintage Fletcher #5 Window-Glazing Picture-Framing Point Driver, Tested/Working

This is a vintage Fletcher glazing tool. Its used to secure pictures or mirrors into a frame. It works very well. Only issue is that its missing one of the rubber feet on the back (see pics) but this doesn't affect the use. Great tension on the spring. Please refer to pics for better description.  Shipped USPS
